GOVERNMENT FUNDING

MEDICARE REBATE

Clients on the Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan (or previously known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) are eligible to receive a rebate of $55.10 per session for 5 Allied Health sessions per calendar year. This has to be organised through your GP. 

You must have a GP Management Plan (GPMP) and Team Care Arrangements (TCAs) to be eligible for this rebate.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

You may be able to claim a rebate for occupational therapy sessions through your private health insurance. Eligibility and the amount that can be claimed will depend on the type of cover and extras. It is recommended to contact your health insurance provider for more information regarding the claiming process.
